Christian Nesvadba was born in 1977 in Vienna, into a family with an artistic heritage for several generations. In the regular school system his talent for drawing was soon recognized by his teachers and he hanged to a school specializing in drawing and engineering. That, however was too technical for the young man he decided to devote himself to a more artistic career. His first and foremost Tutor was his father, by himself a well known and highly successful artist. His first paintings were done on his fathers' easel, but while in drawing he could learn a great deal from his father, in the color sense he very soon developed his own style, bold and fresh and vibrant.
Christian Nesvadba loves flowers. He travels extensively and is an ardent photographer. His view of flowers is a very personal one, it is not so much the exact botanical form, it is the color, sometimes the explosion of colors that expresses in his paintings. He has won numerous prestigious awards, exhibited in many galleries and is collected worldwide.
